Door-to-door measurement: After agreeing to the preliminary quotation, the company will arrange for a dedicated person to come to your door to measure the furniture, confirm the location of the furniture, and record the dimensions.
Formal quotation and design: After the measurement, the company will provide customers with suggestions for customized furniture based on the on-site environment and provide a firm quotation. Furniture design can begin after customer confirmation.
Confirm design and arrange production: After confirming the design plan, the company places an order and sends it to the factory to produce the furniture.
Delivery and installation: After the furniture is completed, the company arranges the delivery, installation and closing processes.

The furniture manufactured by MODEA Home Furnishing is made of imported multi-layer fine core plywood, which is hard, durable, moisture-proof and insect-proof. All boards comply with the highest international safety standards E1/E0 environmentally friendly boards, and have obtained the most stringent Japanese F** certification, which is safe and environmentally friendly.
Depending on the scope of customization, the typical production time for custom-made whole-house furniture is about 3-4 weeks. Since MODEA is directly operated by the factory and produces independently, it can expedite processing for customers under special circumstances.
MODEA furniture is produced in its own factory, professionally designed to delivered and installed, fully taking care of the needs of its customers. The company has an exclusive transportation team responsible for delivery and experienced installation masters. After the furniture production is completed, a dedicated person will contact the customer to arrange delivery and make an appointment for installation time. In special circumstances, if the customer’s living area is remote or requires moving stairs, diagonal roads, long distances, or the inability to park large trucks, the company will need to charge additional furniture delivery fees.
MODEA Home furniture uses imported hardware accessories, including buffer door hinges, three-section rails and sliding doors. All furniture will be strictly tested before leaving the factory to ensure product quality. We provide one-year structural maintenance for all furniture. During the maintenance period, if there are any problems with the furniture and hardware, you can contact us to arrange for on-site maintenance.
